The Joey's team loves their dogs: many of whom are rescues that we've adopted. We can't imagine these wonderful animals not having the opportunity to share the love they give so willingly.
That's why we wanted to set up the Animal Placement Bureau in Lansing with some food and treats to keep these wonderful animals fed and happy until they find homes. In all, the donation value came in at over $4000. We hope it's a start of something great for all of these pets and their future owners.
We hope everyone considers adoption before getting a pet; as our former shelter dogs can attest, they'll pay you back with years of unconditional love and affection.
