Today, our namesake, Joey the Golden Retriever, turns a wonderfully young and healthy six years old.
Feel free to come and celebrate with Joey and give her a birthday handshake (just say "Joey paw") and a hug. Interestingly enough, her dad's birthday is also today, and her store's birthday is roughly two weeks before that.
Needless to say, the Joey's family does a lot of celebrating in November--when we're not getting ready for
the craziest season in retail.
