Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

Joey's reserves the right to refuse returns over 30 days from the original date of purchase.  

Refunds of $50+ will be refunded via Joey's Gift Card or In Store Credit 

We will not give refunds on any frozen goods.  Nor any beds, blankets, rugs, clothes or toys damaged by pets or in any condition that prevents it from being resold.  

Please note that any unsused returned food food will be donated to a local pet food bank and/or adoption center.
